
The meaning of management is to
manage something for proper functioning. Among all business management is one
of the toughest. Planning, directing, leading, staffing, organizing,
controlling any organization to show the correct path so as to accomplish the
goals and the targets all together builds up management. One of the most
important objective of business management is utilization of resources
effectively and efficiently that is to attain full employment of resources
which would increase the productivity and reduce the cost of production and increase
the capital flow in the business resulting in profit earning and expansion of
the business.
